From SHRED to Yoga and Mountain Conditioning, our enrollment classes are perfect for someone looking to fine-tune their skills and partake in a longer-term program.
The following are Virtual 7-Week Enrollment Classes beginning November 2nd-December 22nd:
SHRED
Tuesday and Thursday 7:30am with Nichole Arthur (No class on 11/26 Thanksgiving)

Tuesday and Thursday 5:30pm with Staci Alden (No class on 11/26 Thanksgiving)
WHAT IS SHRED?
SHRED is a results-oriented program designed with variety in mind. Each workout provides a blend of strength and cardiovascular training to build power and endurance that builds in intensity over time. Cost: $140

STRONG
Monday and Friday 8:30am with Janelle Veteri
WHAT IS STRONG?
Challenge your entire body with high repetition strength training with the intensity increasing as you become stronger. The first day will focus on upper body strength and the second day will focus on lower body strength. The instructor will provide progressive cardio to do outside of class as well. Cost: $140
YOGA
Tuesday and Thursday 9:30am with Maritza Vargas Reyes (Yes class on Thanksgiving)
WHAT IS YOGA?
This yoga series will be designed to help you build your practice. Yoga helps the body stretch, strengthen and the mind de-stress. A body with stronger and more flexible muscles is less likely to develop pain and injury and a mind with less stress leads to a body that moves with more ease. Cost: $140
Feel Good and RENEW
Tuesday and Thursday 11:00am (No class on Thanksgiving)
WHAT IS FEEL GOOD AND RENEW?
This class is a great full body strength, flexibility, and light cardio workout for special populations. If you are recovering from an injury or are over the age of 60 simply looking for a fun way to move with confidence this class is for you! Cost: $140

WHAT IS MOUNTAIN CONDITIONING?
Guaranteed to wake you up and get you ready to work out in the wild! Muscular strength and endurance, stability, and cardio rolled into an ever-changing, fast-paced format. COST: $70
HOW TO ENROLL:
1. Visit Studio Bookings.
2. Create a new account.
3. Log into account.
4. Visit STORE in Studio Bookings.
5. Purchase the Virtual Enrollment Package
6. Return to Class Calendar to select the class you’d like to enroll in.
7. Click on class.
8. Select the classes and click Book Now
9. Confirmation email will provide the ZOOM registration link.
10. Click the Zoom link and enter name and email once more.
11. The final Zoom link and password will be sent to your email box for you to attend class!
