NEW! 4 Different Options For SHRED

PRO Club’s most popular results-oriented class SHRED is starting a 7-week series beginning November 2nd!

SHRED is a results-oriented program designed with variety in mind. Each workout provides a blend of strength and cardiovascular training to build power and endurance that builds in intensity over time.

We are offering 4 different class options, and 3 are offered virtually!

HOW TO ENROLL IN THE VIRTUAL CLASS:

  1. Visit Studio Bookings.
  2. Create a new account.
  3. Log into account.
  4. Visit STORE in Studio Bookings.
  5. Purchase the Virtual Enrollment Package
  6. Return to Class Calendar to select the class you’d like to enroll in.
  7. Click on class.
  8. Select the classes and click Book Now
  9. Confirmation email will provide the ZOOM registration link.
  10. Click the Zoom link and enter name and email once more.
  11. The final Zoom link and password will be sent to your email box for you to attend class!

HOW TO ENROLL FOR THE IN-PERSON CLASS:

  1. Visit Studio Bookings.
  2. Create a new account (if you don’t already have one).
  3. Log into account.
  4. Visit STORE in Studio Bookings.
  5. Purchase the Virtual 7-Week Enrollment Package.
  6. Return to Class Calendar to select the class you would like to enroll in.
  7. Click on the class you’d like to attend beginning November 2nd.
  8. Select the classes and click Book Now.

*You may apply your package to the proper the enrollment class to reserve your spot 48 hours in advance of the first class

**Please note that you will not be able to apply credits to your selected class until 48 hours before the first class, and once you are in the first class you will be enrolled for the whole series.
