Group Fitness Information
Group Fitness classes will begin Monday, July 13th as 5:1 classes. Once in Phase 3, we will begin having classes at 50% capacity. Capacity will vary depending on the studio the class is held in and the class format.
To begin attending classes, you will need to reactivate your membership with PRO. Reach out to our membership team at membership@proclub.com to get started.
At this time, no guest will be able to attend classes. Participants for Group Fitness must be over 14-years or older unless specified for under 15 in the class description.
Access to the fitness floors are only available to Personal Training during Phase 2.
Please read below on how to set up your Studio Bookings account, how to schedule classes and other questions you may have.
How to Set Up Your Account with Studio Bookings
Mobile
- Open the Studio Bookings App.
- Type in “PRO Club” and select the location/department that you would like to attend.
- At the bottom of the screen, click the green banner that reads, “LOGIN”.
- At the bottom of the screen the orange text that reads, “Register Here”.
- Fill in your information. Once finished, hit “Submit” at the bottom of the screen.
- The app will now take you back to the login screen. Enter your email and password.
- Your account is set up!
Desktop
- To begin, click this link to go to the PRO Club Current Openings.
- Select the location that you would like to set up your account through.
- Select sign up at the bottom of the screen.
- Enter in your information.
- Select “Sign Up” at the bottom of the screen.
- Your account is set up!
How to Purchase Packages
Mobile
- Open your Studio Bookings app.
- Once logged on, click the “store” icon on the bottom of the screen. It will be the third icon from the left.
- Here you will see all of our packages. Select the package you would like to purchase by tapping the green, “add” button.
- On the next screen, click the green bar at the bottom of the screen that says, “PROCEED TO PAYMENT”.
- Tap “Add Payment Method” to add your preferred payment method.
- Add in your card information.
- Hit “DONE” on the top right corner of the screen.
Desktop
- Select the location/department that you would like to purchase a package through.
- Click the “Store” icon on the top of the screen.
- Select the package you would like to purchase.
- Enter in your payment information.
How to Sign Up for Class
Mobile
- Go to Studio Bookings.
- Browse for the class you would like to reserve.
- Select the class.
- Select “Book Now”.
Studio Bookings can add your class to your calendar on your phone if you would like. Click “Add to Calendar” when prompted and it will automatically add it to your phone’s calendar.
Desktop
- Log into the account that you would like to reserve a space for.
- Browse for the class you would like to reserve.
- Select the class.
- Select “Book now”.
How to Change Locations
For each location and department (Seattle, Bellevue, Willows, Racquet Sports and Aquatics), you will need to set up a separate account.
Mobile Devices:
- Once in the app, click on the “My Account” icon on the bottom left of the app.
- Click “Logout”. Then click “yes”.
- Click the green button on the bottom of the screen that says, “Login”.
- Under “Remember Me”, click the orange button that says, “Switch Studio”.
- Type in “PRO Club” on the search bar.
- Select the different locations that you would like to use.
- Select “Register Here” and follow instructions above on setting up your account.
Desktop
- Go to the PRO Club Current Openings link and select the new location that you would like to set up an account with.
- Follow the instructions above for setting up the account.
How to Check Into Your Group Fitness Class
Please bring your phone with you to class. Instructors will check you in by looking at your reservation on the Studio Bookings app.
Frequently Asked Questions
How early can I reserve a spot for Group Fitness?
You can reserve your spot for classes with Group Fitness 48 hours in advance.
How much does it cost if I miss a class?
It is $15 if you miss your class. This will be charged to your PRO Club account.
What is the latest I can cancel before being charged?
You are able to cancel your reservation six hours before your class is set to start.
For example: if you sign up for a 5 pm class, the latest you can cancel is before 11 am the same day.
If you cancel less than 6 hours before, you will be charged for the class as if you attended.
How can I add previously purchased packages to my Studio Bookings account?
To add past GroupEX punch cards, please bring it to the Front Desk and they will transfer your credits to your new Studio Bookings Account.
How do I get refunded for a class package?
If you purchased the wrong package, please call the Front Desk to have them assist you.
