VIRTUAL 6-WEEK ENROLLMENT CLASSES – STARTING SEPTEMBER 21st

Your favorite PRO Club enrollment classes are headed to your living room.

September 21st – October 30th – NOW OPEN TO NON-MEMBERS

Our World Class instructors are ready to get personal with our Virtual 6-Week Fitness Enrollment Classes. These classes will be taught on the ZOOM platform mimicking the community and experience of an in-personal class.

Each class uses little to no equipment and lasts for approximately 55-60 minutes.

The 6-week class packages are $120 each for 12 classes.

No pro-rating. No Drop-Ins. 

How to Enroll:

  1. Visit Studio Bookings.
  2. Create a new account.
  3. Log into account.
  4. Visit STORE in Studio Bookings.
  5. Purchase the Virtual Enrollment Package for $120.
  6. Return to Class Calendar to select the class you’d like to enroll in.
  7. Click on class.
  8. Select the first class on the week of September 21 for the class dates.
  9. Confirmation email will provide the ZOOM registration link.
  10. Click the Zoom link and enter name and email once more.
  11. The final Zoom link and password will be sent to your email box for you to attend class!

SHRED 

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30 am
Instructor: Nichole Arthur

SHRED is a results oriented program designed with variety in mind. Each workout provides a blend of strength and cardiovascular training to build power and endurance that builds in intensity over time.

I love Nicole’s virtual “Zoom Shred” class!! She not only challenges me each class, but she has an amazing way of creating a community via Zoom in such a way that I don’t even feel like I’m working out by myself in my house! And, Nicole is mindful that we don’t all have the equipment we would have if we were at the Pro Club, so she is super creative with exercises that we can easily do at home during class and still get some serious muscle burn. Most of all, she is super energetic, communicates really well, she is so positive and has a great smile, makes the class FUN, she’s clearly very experienced in fitness training and pushes me the entire 55 minutes in a good way, and she has helped create some normalcy in the middle of a global pandemic where it feels like anything but normal! Nicole is top notch!

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Tuesday and Thursday at 9:30 am
Instructor: Maritza Vargas Reyes

This yoga series will be designed to help you build your practice. Yoga helps the body stretch, strengthen and the mind de-stress. A body with stronger and more flexible muscles is less likely to develop pain and injury and a mind with less stress leads to a body that moves with more ease.

Challenge your entire body with high repetition strength training with the intensity increasing as you become stronger. The first day will focus on upper body strength and the second day will focus on lower body strength. The instructor will provide progressive cardio to do outside of class as well.


Inner Warrior Workout

Monday and Wednesday at 6:30 pm
Instructor: Dawni-Rae Shaw

Kickboxing elements, cardiovascular drills and bodyweight endurance to train your body and your mind for inner growth and confidence.


Feel Good and RENEW

Tuesday and Thursday at 11:00 am
Instructor: Karen Relkoff

This class is a great full body strength, flexibility and light cardio workout for special populations. If you are recovering from an injury or are over the age of 60 simply looking for a fun way to move with confidence this class is for you!
