Outdoor Running Camp

Whether a seasoned or novice runner, proper hip strengthening and running form for your individual body is essential to keep outdoor running enjoyable. In this outdoor class, the instructors will take the group through an outdoor warm up, bodyweight and banded exercises that specifically strengthen the most important muscles for running.

This enrollment class is avalible for one day a week, or you can particiapte in both days.

Days and times: Thursdays at 10:30-11:25am and/or Saturdays at 9:00am-9:55am

Enrollment: September 24th – October 29th
Price: $60 for one class a week, or $120 for two classes a week

How to enroll: Purchase Outdoor Running Camp Enrollment Package through Studio Bookings and apply the 1 credit to the first class to enroll. To enroll in two classes a week, you must purchase two $60 packages and apply to the correct credit to the right class.

Outdoor Youth Cross Training

Cross training is a fun and effective way to increase your fitness level and stay resilient for any sport. Youth participants between ages 8-12 will start the weekend strong outside with variable-intensity strength, endurance, plyometric and core training.

Days and times: Wednesdays at 3:00pm-3:55pm and/or Saturdays at 10:30am-11:25am
Instructor: Steadman Mathis
Enrollment: September 19th-October 25th
Price: $60 for one class a week, or $120 for two classes a week

Outdoor Triple Threat Camp

This 6-week enrollment outdoor triple threat workout experience will start with an effective dynamic warm up to get your body ready to increase your fitness level outdoors! Expect 15 minutes of strength, followed by 15 minutes of cardio and 15 minutes to finish off class with core and flexibility. All-levels welcome.

Days and times:

  • 9:30am-10:25am Monday and Friday with Nichole Arthur
  • 10:15am-11:10am Wednesday and Saturday with Dawni-Rae Shaw
  • 12:00pm-12:55pm Tuesday and Thursday with Paul Salemme
  • 4:00pm-4:55pm Tuesday and Thursday with Carrie Livingston

Enrollment: September 21st-October 31st
Price: $120

How to Enroll:

  1. Visit Studio Bookings.
  2. Create a new account if you do not have one yet.
  3. Log into account.
  4. Visit STORE in Studio Bookings.
  5. Purchase one of the associated Outdoor Packages:
    1. Outdoor Triple Threat
    2. Outdoor Running Camp
  6. Return to Class Calendar to select the class you’d like to enroll in.
  7. Click on class.
  8. Select the first class on the week of September 21 of the class dates, and you are enrolled.
