Don’t be afraid of adding the slice of lemon with the rind! Blending it together with the rest of the ingredients gives the shake a fresh burst of lemon zest without being overly tart. The lemon also provides an extra boost of Vitamin C!
Ingredients
- 1 20/20 Lifestyles Vanilla Protein Powder packet
- 1 cup (5-6) strawberries (frozen works well!)
- 1 slice lemon with rind
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1 cup water 5-6 ice cubes
1.) In a blender on high speed, mix all ingredients together until smooth.
