Citrus Smoothie (Vegan, Gluten Free)
- ½ cup pineapple chunks
- ½ cup orange slices
- 1 cup almond milk with protein and fiber
- 1 tbsp. ground flax
- 1 tbsp. peanut butter
- ½ cup kale
- 3 tbsp. gluten-free granola (such as Udi’s brand)
Combine all ingredients in a blender, add extra water to desired thickness. If granola is preferred with more crunch, hand mix after blending other ingredients. Enjoy immediately.
Nutrition information: 413 calories, 55g carbohydrate, 19g fat, 15g protein, 247mg sodium. Provides 17% RDA of Iron per serving (depending on brand of granola used).
