RECIPE: Apple Pie Shake

There is the ever so slight chill in the air at dusk, kids are back to (virtual) school, signs of summer are coming to an end. I can’t think of a more appropriate symbol for autumn’s start in Washington State than the all mighty apple. For our September shake of the month, we are featuring the Apple Pie shake! I recommend using a Fuji or Gala apple which provides just the right amount of sweet and tartness. For the adventurous types, add a small pinch of cardamom to this shake for an extra layer of sweet and spiciness. Enjoy!
