July Shake of the Month – Watermelon Lime Spritzer Shake

Summer is here! While Washingtonians patiently await the warmer weather, we can currently take advantage of the seasonal produce. This shake uses seltzer water for an extra added kick of effervesce. You can use a flavored variety such as watermelon or lime to amp up the flavor. If that is too adventurous for you, tap (non-carbonated) water works just fine as well.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet 20/20 Lifestyles Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 4-6oz seltzer water*
  • 1 cup watermelon, cubed
  • 1 slice lime wedge
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 5-6 ice cubes

*Use less water for a thicker shake as the watermelon will provide a lot of texture!

Directions

1.) Add all ingredients to a blender, mix on high until shake is smooth.
