RECIPE: Protein Pops

Looking for a way to mix up your morning protein shake routine? Or a quick and easy snack to feed your whole family? Try creating protein ‘pops’ for a convenient way to enjoy your favorite shake recipes.

Simply blend your favorite protein shake as usual, then pour the mix into a Popsicle tin, muffin tin or individual cups. Bonus points if you add Popsicle sticks as they’re easy to hold and eat later!

Then freeze until you are ready to enjoy. These are especially fun in the hot summer months and can be handy if you want to blend a shake each morning but don’t want to wake the family!

Here are some of our favorite flavor combinations:

Tropical Blend

Triple Berry Classic

Snickerdoodle

J-Lo

Yogurt Pops (kid-friendly)

  • Plain Greek yogurt
  • Frozen fruit
  • Milk
  • Optional: shredded unsweetened coconut flakes or nut butter
