Start your day with a quick workout that will get you on track to win your day. No equipment is necessary, which makes this workout great if you’re traveling or on the go.

Complete 2 rounds of the following exercises:

45 seconds Glute Bridge (15 seconds transition/recovery)
45 seconds Front Plank (15 seconds transition/recovery)
45 seconds Air Squats (15 seconds transition/recovery)
45 seconds Burpees (15 seconds transition/recovery)
45 seconds Mock Jump Rope or Jumping Jacks (15 seconds transition / recovery)
45 seconds Reverse Lunges (15 seconds transition/recovery)
45 seconds Mountain Climbers (15 seconds transition / recovery)
