RECIPE: Blueberry Protein Muffins

What better way to marry a love of simple baking with healthy eating than by following this easy and delicious recipe. Use these as snack or convenient breakfasts.


– 1 Packet 20/20 Lifestyles High Protein Vanilla Powder

– ¼ c. applesauce, unsweetened

– ¼ c. unsweetened, vanilla almond milk

– ¼ c. almond flour

– 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

– ½ cup fresh blueberries


1). Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

2). Gently fold in ½ cup fresh blueberries.

3). Spray a muffin pan with non-stick and preheat oven to 350F.

4). Bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through.

Yields: 6 small muffins
