Are you looking to deepen your practice, learn new techniques, or just interested in trying yoga or mediation for the first time? If so, we have created a series of winter workshops just for you! Immerse yourself and deepen your practice with one or all of these winter workshops.

HOLIDAY YOGA SERIES

Gain some practical tools to add bliss and joy to your holiday season. This series covers these topics: Meditation, Yoga for Sleep and Yoga Solstice Dosha Discovery to align your body with the season.

$40 per workshop sold in Studio Bookings.

Meditation for Beginners Workshop
Sunday November 22nd 12:00 – 2:00pm
Studio B with Raye Alidina
Prepare to reduce stress, foster awareness, and make this a practice for everyday life. The workshop begins with a few basic yoga poses and breathing practices before introducing meditation basics and exploring additional meditations techniques.

Restorative Yoga for Sleep Workshop
Sunday December 6th 12:00 – 2:00pm
Studio B with Arzu Cohen
Develop an understanding of poses to improve sleep and enjoy a restful yoga practice. Layered clothing is recommended to remain comfortable and cozy throughout class.

Winter Solstice Yoga Workshop
Saturday December 19th 12:00 – 2:00pm
Studio B with Maritza Vargas Reyes
Explore Hatha yoga with Ayurveda, and how the five elements relate to your Dosha. Practice different poses as therapy to harmonize your physical, mental, and emotional being. Learn what type of Hatha yoga practices suit you better to keep in balance.

HOW TO ENROLL:


1) Visit the Store in Studio Bookings and purchase the Single Specialty Workshop.
2) Return to the Class Calendar.
3) Sign up for the Workshop by clicking on the workshop and clicking “book now.”
4) Remember you can only sign up for a Workshop 48 hours in advance.
