HIGH Fitness: Aerobics is BACK!

Dim lights. Loud music. Bodies in motion. The perfect workout: challenging and FUN!

HIGH Fitness, best described as old school aerobics, incorporates basic moves set to music you recognize and love! HIGH is designed for all ages, stages, and levels of fitness. Women AND men participate and embrace the format that pushes an athlete, yet offers modifications for individuals needing less impact.

Experiencing a HIGH Fitness class provides a journey of excitement, power, and success. Instructors lead combinations of simple and effective movement, specific to each song. Participants achieve a high caloric burn (between 500-900 calories per class) and full body work. This is accomplished through alternating challenging cardio peaks and toning tracks, incorporating elements of HIIT training in addition to classic squats and lunges.

The body remains shocked, and the mind remains engaged. New songs and fresh combinations are released to the HIGH Fitness community, weekly. Participants will recognize and become familiar with the choreography, despite the varying instructor, city, or fitness facility!

There is nothing that compares to the energy in a room of individuals bonded together by a common goal, seeking positivity, fulfillment, and results. Come and experience the HIGH!

Friday, August 28, at 5:30PM, our HIGH Fitness instructors will host the annual event of the summer: HIGH on Deck! Offered in the convenience of your own space, the workout will be virtual!
