We are excited to start Small Group Supervised workouts at our Bellevue and Seattle locations.
How does it work?
You can reserve a time to exercise in a small group of five members, all supervised by a fitness specialist. The sessions are designed for 30 minutes of cardio on our equipment and 25 minutes of a circuit-style strength workout.
Where are the sessions held?
In Bellevue, these sessions will be held in the North and South Fitness Centers. At our Seattle location, they will be held in our fitness center.
What days can I come in?
Bellevue Sessions are offered Monday – Friday, 6:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. and Saturday/Sunday, 7:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
Seattle Sessions are offered Monday – Friday, 6:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Reservations are required.
How much do they cost?
There is no fee for the session, but you must re-activate your membership with dues to participate. All you must do to re-activate your membership is to email our membership team at membership@proclub.com
