RECIPE: Raspberry Chipotle Pork Tenderloin


1 lb. boneless pork tenderloin
1 bottle of Cornet Bay brand Zesty Raspberry Chipotle Sauce

Heat oven to 350° F. Line a cookie sheet with non-stick foil. Place pork tenderloin in center of foil and use a basting brush or spatula to generously baste the meat on three sides with half the bottle of sauce. Bake until internal temperature reaches over 145°F (about 30 minutes). Remove from oven and let rest for five minutes.
