1 Packet 20/20 Lifestyles High Protein Vanilla Powder
3 dates, chopped
¼ c. unsweetened, shredded coconut flakes
¼ c. unsweetened, vanilla almond milk
1 tsp. ground flax
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Spray a baking sheet with non-stick and preheat oven to 350F.
- Spoon batter onto baking sheet, flatten and top with a sprinkling of chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts, almonds, etc.).
- Bake for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
Yields: 6 small cookies
