Greg lost 65 pounds on the 20/20 LifeStyles program and has kept it off since 2003. For most of his life, Greg was considered the “the big kid.” He’s tried almost every diet and weight loss pill imaginable, would usually lose a few pounds, but always gain it back and then some.

As a frequent business traveler, Greg’s weight became a real burden he finally needed to address. Greg heard about the 20/20 LifeStyles program from a friend and when he attended the introductory seminar, he knew it was the long-term solution he was looking for.

After losing 65 pounds, Greg now loves to compete in triathlons and finds all three components (running, biking, and swimming) to be extremely challenging and fulfilling. Before the 20/20 program, Greg never dreamed he would be an athlete. He continues to travel for business and has learned through the 20/20 program how to make the right food choices while maintaining his ideal weight.
