Melina is passionate about making fitness fun, while also aiming to educate her clients to ensure awareness of proper movements. Her previous experience in Physical Therapy clinics offer insight into working with diverse populations to address functional movements, injury prevention and rehabilitation. Melina not only emphasizes the positive effects of physical wellbeing, but mental and emotional as well. Thus she works to integrate all three factors into her trainings with clients to achieve optimum performance related goals. Melina’s goal as a trainer is to help her clients feel their best and prepare them to adapt to their lifestyles outside of the gym.
