With a sudden change of routines and normalcy, quarantine has allowed many of us to take time to reflect. We wanted to take a moment and check in with PRO cast members to see what they have learned during their time in quarantine.
Through this series, we will interview different cast members at PRO. Stay with us each week as we learn what they have been up to and what they have learned through the quarantine period.

What I’ve learned from COVID or this pause or time period?
Life is unpredictable. It is okay to be sad, frustrated, and disappointed but I tried not to stay in this space for too long. This time put in perspective what is truly important in life, health and safety.
On a personal level this period allowed me to focus on a goal of mine to become a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. I was able to use my extra time to study which ultimately led to me passing my exam.Â
What I’m going to change about myself going forward?
Truly value my time, freedom, not to take the little things for granted and read more.
What I miss most?
Travel, friends, family, hiking, concerts, sporting events and going out to eat.
The first thing I’m going to do when we don’t have to physical distance?
Plan a trip somewhere new.
Stress is at an all-time high right now, so how do each of you reduce stress?
Taking a break. This typically includes walking my dog (two of my favorite things animals and nature). I also tried “Headspace” a meditation app which was new to me. I found this helpful at the beginning of COVID when my stress was higher.
Stay tuned for more Lessons from Quarantine with PRO cast members in the coming weeks.
