6 Dietitian Approved Low-Carb Pastas

If you are anything like me, you are always looking for new and creative ways to put a healthy twist on your favorite meals.

If you are watching your carbohydrates, you have probably sworn off pasta for good. But thankfully there are now numerous healthful options available on the market to satisfy even the pickiest pasta eaters.

Try incorporating lean chicken and turkey, sliced veggies and salads with your pasta dishes for all-around healthy meals the whole family will love!

Here are a few of my favorite pastas to try:

Good for: Stir-fry

Highlights: High in fiber and great texture.

Good for: Batch cooking
