Virtual 6-Week Live Class Packages – Starting June 29

Your favorite PRO Club enrollment classes are headed to your living room.

With the stay at home order extension and fitness being in the last phases of opening up Washington State, our World Class instructors are ready to get personal with new Virtual 6-Week Fitness Class experiences. These classes will be taught on the Zoom platform creating the community and experience of a real class right from your own home.

Each class uses little to no equipment and lasts for approximately 55-60 minutes.

The 6-week class packages are $120 each and features 2 classes a week.

SHRED 

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30 am
Instructor: Nichole Arthur

SHRED is a results oriented program designed with variety in mind. Each workout provides a blend of strength and cardiovascular training to build power and endurance that builds in intensity over time.


Vinyasa Yoga Series

Tuesday and Thursday at 9:30 am
Instructor: Maritza Vargas Reyes

This yoga series will be designed to help you build your practice. Yoga helps the body stretch, strengthen and the mind de-stress. A body with stronger and more flexible muscles is less likely to develop pain and injury and a mind with less stress leads to a body that moves with more ease.

Restorative Yoga Before Bed Series

Monday and Wednesday at 8 pm
Instructor: Arzu Cohen

Restorative yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. Your muscles and mind are encouraged to relax deeply using household pillows and props. Expect to finish practice relaxed and ready for an incredible night of sleep.


Pilates Mat 

Monday and Wednesday at 5:30 pm
Instructor: Adia Callahan

Pilates is all about symmetry and stabilization of the body and health of the spine. This series will build your practice promoting stable joints, a limber spine and balanced strength through both sides of the body.


PRObarre 

Tuesday and Thursday at 12 pm
Instructor: Jazel Serate

Combine toning and sculpting with elongated movements to strengthen your muscles, increase mobility and get that barre-body that everyone will envy.

“I enjoyed doing my very first barre class with Jazel. This six-week virtual series was very convenient and held me accountable. I showed up more for class than I  would have in person!

She sent us the recordings of each class in case we missed one or wanted to have an extra workout. Jazel checked in with us throughout the class and gave us feedback. The classes built on each other and she added new routines as the weeks rolled on. Really fun and I’m much more toned!”

Challenge your entire body with 10 minute strength and cardio intervals for 2 rounds for and intense and effective fitness experience.


BollyWorks 

Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 pm
Instructors: Kanchan Sunnidanham, Pashmi Vaney and Vinni Dang

This Bollywood-dance inspired fitness workout is an interval workout in disguise. Essentially, it’s an hour of cardio dance fitness set to upbeat Bollywood music that’ll make you smile, sweat, tone, and burn. No prior dance or fitness experience is required. Our experienced instructors include modifications to accommodate your needs.


Feel Good and RENEW

Tuesday and Thursday at 11:00 am
Instructor: Karen Relkoff

This class is a great full body strength, flexibility and light cardio workout for special populations. If you are recovering from an injury or are over the age of 60 simply looking for a fun way to move with confidence this class is for you!
