RECIPE: Fresh Spinach Salad

Fresh Spinach Salad (Gluten Free)

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 tbsp. chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 4 oz. sliced chicken breast
  • ¼ cup garbanzo beans
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • Squeeze of lemon
  • Salt & pepper to taste
